How to Maintain the Digital Printer of Cotton Fabric

   A printer,especially the large format digital printer is very expensive,and factories all want to extend it's working life to save the cost . As we all know ,the length of printer's working life depends on the routine maintenance to a great extent.Then how to maintain the printer in daily life?

Tips :

1.Persist in cleaning the printing head after working.

 2.Check the test paper before daily work to confirm the quality of printing head.

 3.The thickness of cotton fabric should not exceeding 5 mm,or it would rub the printing head.

 4.Check up the color card before printing to avoid the unnecessary production.

 5.Put the print head to the original position after printing.

 6.Don't wipe the printing head with your hands when cleaning.

 7.Spread the section evenly ,and align them with the right position.
