Genneral Information about Dye Sublimation Ink
Dye sublimation ink is a kind of water and water-soluble dye which is much thicker zero particle mixture.This characteristic is a pivotal factor for protecting inkjet digital printer from nozzel-blogging.
But to dye ink itself, the biggest problem is that it easily fades when exposed to sunlight for a period of time.So dye ink is not suitable for digital photo printing because its color won't remain longer. While in this part, pigment ink is a good choice for it is anti-UV,water-resistant and durable.
Dye sublimation ink is lower water resistance level which makes it prone to smudges, smear, and bleeding.But when transfered on the textiles, ink molecule attaches to the fiber by heat press subliamting and the color will be fastened which will protect the print from air, moisture and UV damage.

5.Transfer condition:Standard temperature 200°CStandard time 40 seconds
6.Standard substrates:Polyester/Polysatin cloth/ textiles/ hard-substrate materials with coating.
7.Application:
For digital textile printing on Polyester, Nylon, Polyurethane, etc. and hot transferring on metal, porcelain, plastic, carpentry, etc. materials with coating. It can be printed on T-shirts, porcelain, clothes, glass and textile, decoration, outdoor advertising, gift field, fabric industry, portrait industry, label and card industry.
