Try to concentrate as much as possible

Correct cleaning of the nozzle

If the automatic cleaning function of the device is invalid, manual cleaning of the sprinkler can be done. Manual cleaning should be done according to the steps in the operation manual. The following points should be paid attention to in cleaning the sprinkler head:

Don't change the cartridge immediately

As long as the sensor detects that the amount of one of the ink is less than the set value within the flag machine, the cartridge is replaced. At this point, we can remove the cartridge and reset the internal sensor of the printer so as to confirm the installation of the new cartridge.

  

Reducing the number of cleaning times as much as possible

In the process of using the equipment, the inkjet head is often blocked. There are many reasons for the jam, such as the working environment of the machine, the quality of the ink, the idle time of the machine and so on. As each inkjet head needs to consume a large amount of ink, the number of inkjet heads should be reduced as much as possible.
