1. The picture printed on the thermal transfer paper is obviously broken or discolored.

Cause: This phenomenon is caused by the broken needle of the ink head, and as long as one of the pressure point type nozzles is clogged, it is possible to cause broken lines in the image. If there are multiple nozzle holes blocked, the broken stripe will become serious.

Clean the blocked nozzle.

2. There are overprinted dark stripes in the printed image.

Cause: The ink head is misaligned; the paper jam is too tight, which causes a large resistance to the Y-axis motor and cannot reach the standard step value; there is a difference in the step size when feeding different thick and thin paper.

[Solution]: 
1) Calibrate the nozzle, please contact a professional technician for disposal.
2) Use manual paper feeding to reduce drag.
3) Adjust the paper step setting CALIBRATION menu in the machine to increase or decrease the step value.
