What is the structure of the flower cylinder of the roller printing machine?

The flower cylinder of the roller printing machine: the flower cylinder is a hollow cylinder which is centrifugally cast from a copper-zinc alloy (containing 97.5%-98% of copper and containing 2%-2.5% of zinc), and is mounted on the cartridge bearing seat.

The structure diagram of the flower tube:

The inner hole of the flower tube is a tapered hole with a taper of 1:288, which is matched with the corresponding tapered tube shaft. The inner hole of the flower tube has a convex long key and a concave key groove on the shaft, and the two are closely matched to ensure relative stability. The tube shaft is made of 45# steel. When the flower tube is loaded, the paper is often lining the paper between the inner hole of the flower tube and the outer circumference of the shaft, and then the horizontal pressure is applied by the flower tube disassembling machine, and the shaft is pressed into the tube to fix it.

The circumference of the new flower tube is 440-450mm. The flower tube can be reused. When the new pattern is engraved, the old pattern of the tube surface can be removed, and the new pattern can be engraved after polishing. When the circumference of the flower tube is less than 350mm, it can no longer be used. The circumference of each flower tube of each set of flowers must be equal, with an allowable error of 0.1 mm. After the flower cylinder is engraved, it must be chrome-plated on the cylinder surface to improve its hardness and smoothness, increase its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, to prolong the service life and prevent the printing surface from being damaged by the cylinder surface. Usually, in the order of the advancement direction of the fabric, the flowers are numbered sequentially, the feed is 1#, and the rest is analogous.
