What You Should Know about Sublimation Printing on Fabric

     With the development of sublimation printing, it is replacing the traditional printing methods. As we all know, there are so many advantages of sublimation printing. By using the sublimation transfer paper, the surface of the substrate is without film, therefore, the feeling and visual effects are all far superior to the common ink and transfer paper, it is colorful, not crack, etc.

    We all know that sublimation printing on fabric becomes more and more common, do you know the process of it?

    Step 1

    Print the images onto the paper which is specially used for sublimation transfer through the inkjet printer which is with the sublimation transfer ink.  

   Step 2

    Put the sublimation transfer paper aside at least 15-20 minutes.

    Step 3

 Put the sublimation transfer paper on the fabric, then adjust the temperature, pressure and speed of the heat press machine according to the requirements.

Step 4

The image on the sublimation paper can be transferred to the fabric vividly. Finally ,the thing you should do is separate the paper and fabric ,the turn off the machine.
