Why Sublimation Printing Better Than Screen Printing ?

Sublimation printing and screen printing are main printing ways .And in general , all most factory use this two ways .Today , I will introduce what is subliamtion printing and what is screen printing ?

what is subliamtion printing?
Sublimation printing, also referred to as dye sublimation printing, is a printing method for transferring images onto a substrate (usually a cloth material such as polyester). Sublimation refers to a process where a substance moves from a solid to a gas state without ever being in a liquid state. Sublimation printing normally involves the use of a digital printer to produce mirrored images on paper that has been specially coated with a transfer material.

what is screen printing ?
Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed.

From definition of sublimation printing and screen printing ,we can easily know ,which is better .

First, the sublimation printing compared to screen printing more environmentally friendly, will not produce a lot of waste water emissions, will not cause environmental pollution, in line with the current green development concept;
Secondly, sublimation printing effect is much higher than the screen printing, Print patterns can be saved longer, patterns are more vivid;
Finally, sublimation printing can be small batch production, can also be large-scale production, compared to screen printing more flexible.
