1.Quality of sublimation transfer paper/film

   There are many factors affecting the quality of sublimation transfer paper/film,such as paper thickness,whiteness, smooth, coating and so on,different transfer paper should be selected according to the situation.Just like a pure cotton T - shirt should choose a special T-shirt paper and sublimation paper can be used for non pure cotton fabrics（Lycra,polyamide,home internal,advertisement,hard substrates...）

2.Sublimation Ink
   About ink,choose sublimation ink with strong attachment ,have higher dyeing rate, quick to dyeing balance and Not easy to plug the nozzle，we can buy some samples and  try it out.

3. Printing Head

    It is ensured that the printing head and the sublimation paper should have good heat transfer characteristics, so that the heat generated by the heating element can quickly pass through the protective layer, the substrate of the transfer paper and the gap to the surface of the substrate, so as to ensure the sufficient transfer time of the ink.

4.Keep the Machine Clean
   Keep the important parts of the machine clean and dry, not oil and dust, keep the transfer paper/film clean.

5.Transfer Temperature
   The transfer temperature has a significant effect on the quality of transfer products.The different materials have different hot temperatures.

6.Transfer Pressure
   Sublimation transfer pressure must be dispensed to the most appropriate, otherwise too big or too small and affect the hot stamping effect. Tune up to the best transfer pressure

7.Speed
   Sublimation transfer time (speed) should be determined according to the specific material. Under the condition of ensuring the transfer effect, the faster the speed is, the higher the production efficiency is.However, some products require slow stamping because of certain special conditions.

   To sum up, attention to the above aspects can effectively solve all kinds of quality problems in the process of sublimation transfer process.
