Especially when the temperature is low in winter, the fluency of uv ink is far less than that of summer. At this time, not only the equipment nozzle and uv ink need to be heated, but also the external working environment needs a suitable temperature. Suitable for uv flatbed printers, the ambient temperature is between 20 ° C and 30 ° C, and the humidity is between 30% and 60%. Generally, there are six reasons why the print head does not heat up. The solution is also very simple.

1. Heating sheet aging

  This is a normal phenomenon. The uv flatbed printer print head heating sheet works for a long time. Generally, after 6 months, the aging condition occurs, and a new heating sheet can be replaced.

2. The machine is not reset

  Reset the uv flatbed printer and re-open it so that the heater will heat up.

3. Poor heating contact

  Check if the contact between the heating piece and the nozzle line is loose or broken. If it is reconnected, it will return to normal.

4. Heating power box voltage is too low

  Open the cover of the power supply box of the uv flatbed printer and see if the voltage value is too low. If it is too low, check if the regulator is normal.

5. Heated sheet has poor thermal conductivity

  Whether the screw between the heating piece and the uv flatbed printer head is loosened, resulting in a large gap, or foreign matter in the heat conducting part, etc., cleaned in time, and tightened together.

6. Sprinkler board failure

After checking the above five conditions, if the heating film does not heat up, the nozzle card is faulty. Contact the manufacturer and send a new nozzle card to change it.

It should be noted that, when the winter weather is cold, before the uv flatbed printer starts printing, it must be heated after the key parts such as uv ink and nozzle are heated. If it is old equipment, there is no heating sheet or built-in circulating heating. If you are in the system, you may wish to purchase an external sun. After opening it, keep it 20 cm away from the nozzle and keep it open.
