Solution: The fiber optic cable itself has a certain service life. The higher the daily intensity and the uninterrupted printing, the faster the wear will be. Under normal circumstances, the fiber optic cable can be replaced after 6-8 months. If the uv printing equipment running time is more than 16 hours per day, it is recommended to change it more and more in 4 months. If the fiber optic cable is loose, you can also fasten the fixed interfaces on both sides. If the damage is broken, replace it with a new one.

2.UV printer PCIE card loosened
Solution: Pull out the PCIE card, plug it in again, and tighten it.

1. The time of the uv printer standby state is too long. When it is in this state, you can turn on the flashing moisturizing function of the print head to prevent the print head from being blocked.

2. When the large-format uv printer works for one day, when it needs to be shut down, you need to turn off the power of the print head, water tank, equipment, etc. one by one, reset the device to the original point, and moisturize.

3. For example, if the holiday time exceeds 5 days, the nozzle needs to be disassembled, cleaned and sealed. Remove the uv ink from the large ink cartridge and clean the secondary ink cartridge, ink tube, etc. After all are cleaned, apply a layer of plastic protective film to the inkjet uv printer body and do a dust-proof treatment.
