For the raw part, it is usually the following:

1. The photo print head of the sublimation inkjet printer is too dirty. Sometimes, due to residual ink and dust, etc., it forms a foreign matter and soils the print head, so it sticks to the medium at the time of printing, causing burrs and the like. At this point, you can wipe it with alcohol or clean the print head.

2. The speed of the spray is too fast. You can slow down at the current speed or rub the oil on the rails.

3. Paper quality problems or ink quality problems, sometimes the quality of the medium such as paper is not good, the ink leaks into the paper when printing, so it will be burred when it is printed. It is also possible that the paper does not absorb ink and cause malfunction.

4. The impact of climate. For example, if the temperature in the working room is too high or too low, and the humidity is different, the fluency of the ink is not the same as the drying property, which also causes this problem. For example, the weather is humid and cold, and the printing medium is damaged by moisture. At this point, you can replace the ink or print media for the problem.
