1. DYE (indoor) dye type.Thermal foaming ink is suitable for indoor models. Because the ink contains a high foaming agent, after the ink head is heated by the resistance of the ink, it will cause the ink to bubble in a very short time, and then squeeze the ink out. However, under long-term high and low temperature changes, the print head becomes lossy under severe environmental changes of high heat and high pressure. Because the development of alternative inks is more successful, the cost is lower, but the wear of the print head is an irreducible cost. Generally, the water content of the ink used in thermal foam inkjet printers needs to be between 70% and 90% in order to keep the nozzles open and cooperate with the role of thermal energy. This means that sufficient time must be left to allow the ink to dry on the medium without It will spread outwards, so it has more drying devices installed on the machine to avoid damaging the picture.

2. DYE (indoor) dye-type micro-pressurized ink is suitable for Epson printhead models. Piezoelectric printheads use a piezoelectric crystal to strike and vibrate a diaphragm fixed in the printhead, so that the ink in the printhead Squirting out. Because it is a "cold spray", the nozzle does not need to be replaced regularly, but the early ink price is higher, so the early indoor production cost is higher than thermal foaming.

Three, PIGMENT (outdoor) pigment-type micro-piezo ink is suitable for the use of EPSON nozzle models, but because it must be coated, and the production of outdoor technology is complex, high cost, and does not become mainstream ink.

4. Oil-based inks are subject to the limitation of micro-piezo print heads. The outdoor weathering is about 6 months. Because oil-based inks do not need to be coated and can be coated with light box cloth, they are widely used in indoor production and Areas with frequent outdoor changes (about half a year).

5. Solvent-based inks are suitable for large-scale piezoelectric digital printing machines. The inks are strongly corrosive and can penetrate directly into the interior of light box cloth and PVC materials. Therefore, the print head has higher requirements, and special solvent-based nozzles are required, and the accessory equipment of the print head is also required. And equipped with a fully automatic ink filtration system, so they are professional outdoor production equipment, outdoor weathering guarantee can also reach up to about two years.
