How can we do high quality printings?

In sublimation printing industry, the quality of printing-out art depends on many factors, like the choice of sublimation paper, sublimation ink, type of inkjet printer, heat press machine(temperature /time/machine).Today, I will talk about the sublimation ink part.

1. Choose compatible ink

For the pigment ink has excellent waterproof and stable reserved performance, many consumers are interested in it. But you have to remind you that if your printer is using original dye ink, you should be careful of switching to pigment ink, especially using hot bubble technology such as Canon, HP printer users. This is mainly because that the colorant of pigment ink is some small solid particles, which are 50 ~ 100 times bigger than dye ink. If you insist on using pigment ink, it will cause nozzle clogging. In terms of the characteristics of pigment ink, it is not easy to clean the print head of inkjet printer. Such as HP, Canon etc., printer, high temperature and high pressure at work may damage the structure of the pigment ink, causing abnormal printing, and damaged nozzle.

2. The quality of sublimation paper is important

The structure of sublimation paper is essential part to its application. Good ability of ink loading and good adhesive coating will do a lot to the ultimate printing result, and then affect the final transferring articles. The different weight of sublimation paper has influence on the color expression; The tacky or fast dry sublimation paper has different dry time depending on the choice of materials. Such as tacky sublimation is good for Spandex/Lycra materials. Besides, the light coated sublimation paper roll is usually for high speed mass production, like the 50g/58g/60g etc.

3. Correct ink cartridge and good quality of ink

Some printers have many kinds of ink cartridges, monochrome black ink cartridge, dedicated to print graphics and tables ,specially used for printing photos or high resolution pictures of cartridges, such as Epson Sure Color largeformat printer should better use its original ink cartridge to print photos or high resolution images .

To make sure that an inkjet printer can print out high resolution images, the ink is very important. Qualified inkjet printer ink is required with extra small molecular, medium permeability, certain viscosity ratio, chemical transport ink power-assist and precision chemical synthetic sequence. Only to achieve the above conditions can the ink be successfully controlled spray on the nozzle, then the printing accuracy can be assured. 4. Adjust the color

Most printers support for color adjustment which is a crucial effect to print out the high resolution image. Open the printer properties dialog box, adjust the color to the best state, and then took a piece of sublimation paper on the printer to have a pre-test. If the effect of the printing is not satisfying, then try to adjust until the printed image is in the best status. At that time, you can add higher quality of paper to the printers, entered the formal stage of printing!
