What are the differences between sublimation printer and ordinary ink-jet printer?

     The biggest difference between thermal sublimation printer and ordinary ink-jet printer is the print way. Thermal sublimation printer ,like Epson printer, is to use voltage to control the inkjetprint which does not change the sublimation ink properties. Ordinary one, such as Canon inkjet printer,  is to use the heating temperature control the inkjet print which won't guarantee the true color.

   The application of  sublimation printer and sublimation technology may be very strange to many people,In fact, the sublimation printer is the instrument which makes the dye ink be  printed on media mainly through thermal , it can be regulated by semiconductor heating element of different temperature to control the color shade and the proportion of the degree.   Thermal sublimation printer is much better than inkjet printers, thermal sublimation printer 300 dpi precision is almost equivalent to the effect of the inkjet printer 4800 dpi. And it adjust the different temperature through the ribbon on each semiconductor components which can mix the color shade and the proportion of the degree, realize the continuous tone color effect. So in terms of photo print quality, and the sublimation printer to print out the image color fidelity.

2, Coating

 Coating is the  unique function of sublimation printer. Due to thermal sublimation printer is primarily used to print pictures, after coating, the color of the overall feeling will be more bright, but also has the function of the drain, antioxidant in save way which is  better than the traditional ink-jet printer.
