What is the usage process of the thermal transfer multi-function roller printing machine?

The process of using the thermal transfer multi-function roller printing machine:

1. Turn on the air switch, press the main power button, the red indicator light is on, turn on the heating switch, the green light of the temperature controller lights up, and the unit starts to warm up.

2. The temperature setting
1). Check the dialing code setting before starting each time to prevent the person from setting too high and burning the blanket.
2). Set the number of the dialer below the temperature controller to 250 degrees Celsius, and the small green light will start to automatically control the temperature.
3). When the temperature display reaches about 250 degrees Celsius, the red light indicates that the working temperature has reached the transfer.
4). Turn on the motor switch, turn it to the forward rotation, and slowly turn the speed control knob from left to right to the appropriate speed.
5). If the temperature is too low when transferring, set the temperature to be higher, and vice versa.

3. Power off processing: In order to ensure the transfer of the finished product, please turn the motor belt pulley after power off, at this time can still transfer, the effect is the same (note the speed must be consistent).

4.In order to ensure the service life of the transfer blanket, please adjust the dialing device to below 95 degrees centigrade after each transfer. The machine continues to rotate until the temperature falls below 100 degrees centigrade, and the machine can stop.
