How to identify the quality of dye sublimation inks

    In heat transfer printing, many factors play key role to the result of printing.Taking example of dye sublimation ink, the low or high quality of inks do have influence on the printing quality. Usually, there are three key parts we should know of identifying the quality of inks.

1.Purity
 
  The purity of dye sublimation inks is an  indicator of color saturation and chrome fidelity.Low quality inks will show distortion in color after transferring.No matter you use high quality sublimation paper or inkjet printer, the less purity of sublimation inks will still damage the whole result.Chromatic aberration is the enemy to dye sublimation printing industry.

2.Fluency

  The fluency of inks decides the continuous length of printing. In textiles, it is very import to make the printing constantly.The bolt and fringe is not permitted in high quality production.So please choose high fluency sublimation inks.

3.Sediment
 
   The high quality inks have low particles not more than 0.1 micrometer.This characteristics guarantees the smooth and fine printing result and will do no harm to the use of print head. However, the precipitate to some inks is a common phenomenon.So the pre-shaking is necessary for the users.




     In sublimation inks, Italy Inktec Sublivova and Korean J-teck sublimation inks have both reputation.When you use Epson F-series printer for inkjet printing, you'd better use Epson original inks.This special sublimation ink is designed for Epson F-series printer(for sublimation printing)
