Firstly.you should wait for the dry printing after printing by inkjet printer.So the good quality sublimation paper and sublimation inks are important for choice. Blowing the paper before transferring helps you remove the confetti, cilia and other attached objects from printing .In this way, printing defect can be reduced totally for the less clutter sandwiched between the transfer paper and fabric.

Secondly, the ghosting on the fabric is troublesome.So some measure should be done ahead of time.
You need to adjust the adjust small throttle valve to lower the opening speed of the pressing platen so to prevent the transfer paper sucked up by air from linking platen.There is another way to avoid ghosting.You can fix the four corners of transfer paper with water on printing fabric or select thermal viscous sublimation transfer paper in replace.

Thirdly, It is essential to do empty hot pressing before transferring to evaporate the moisture from bottom liner/gasket materials (cotton, sponges, cardboard, etc.). Because it could cause moisture accumulation and produce too much water vapor when absorbing inks.It will directly make the pattern of transfer printing turn light.If necessary, you can change the frequently-used gasket materials.

Lastly, make clear of the positive or negative sides of fabrics, many textile sides with different materials show different color result .Such as doing sports clothes of polyester/cotton, umbrella polyester/nylon etc, If you put the transfer paper wrong cover on one side of the cotton or nylon, you will find that transfer printing color is light and easy to wash it off.
