How does the autumn wide format inkjet printer prevent static electricity?

When autumn is over, the humidity in the air drops very obviously. Even in some areas, the humidity is lower than 20%, causing serious static electricity. Wide format inkjet printer  as a kind of sophisticated printing equipment, anti-static methods to prevent static electricity are as follows.

1. The dye-sublimation transfer printer must take the ground wire problem seriously. It is best to use the whole wire for the ground wire. Do not have connectors, and the machine is in good contact!

2. The humidity around the thermal sublimation printer reaches 40% to 60% relative humidity, so that if static electricity is generated, it will be transmitted from the air without affecting the ink droplets on the print head.

3. Try to keep the indoor temperature constant. The most suitable working environment temperature for the photo machine is 15°C-30°C, and the humidity is 35%-65%. Keeping the dye sublimation equipment in the best state can reduce the electrostatic damage.

4. Select the appropriate print speed. Studies have shown that after the speed is reduced, the electron cloud is in a stable state, the electrons are not released, and the probability of generating static electricity is the lowest. It can be seen that the printing speed is not as high as possible.
