(1) Failures that can be handled without stopping:

    It was found that a small amount of colored pulp lump or fluff was embedded in the flower tube inscription, which can be brushed at the outlet of the flower tube rolling point with a small copper wire brush. If it cannot be removed, remove it after stopping.
    Very fine streaks are found on the surface of the flower tube. You can use a small fine grindstone to carefully grind away the side of the outlet of the flower tube. If it still cannot be removed, stop the flower tube and send it to the engraving workshop for repair. Such failures are rarely found in chrome-plated flower pots.
    If it is found that the color of the flower on both sides and the middle of the cloth is dark, you can adjust the pressure at both ends of the flower tube, or adjust the distance between the pulp feeding roller and the flower tube, so as not to over-tighten or evenly add the colorant. correct.
    When it is found that the parts such as the blade bracket or the feed roller are loose due to vibration, the screws or nuts should be tightened immediately.

When you find the wrong flower, you can drive slowly to correct the flower mechanism.
    When the rubber blanket shifts, you can pull the sprocket on the front of the car to adjust it and move it to the specified position.
    When you find that the cloth is stained, you should open the steam valve of the drying part to increase the drying temperature and the degree of dryness of the cloth to avoid staining.
    If it is found that the tension of the flower cloth or rubber blanket is too large or too small, the speed between the unit machines or the tension device should be adjusted in time to ensure proper tension.
    When the moisture on both sides of the leeches is uneven, the pressure at both ends of the pressure roller can be adjusted.
    
(2) Faults that need to be stopped for processing:

The scraper blade has a gap or the blade becomes blunt, which may cause irregularities such as dirty scraping on the surface of the flower tube and rough pattern contours. You need to stop and remove the scraper for file grinding.
    If the fiber fluff accumulates at the contact between the doctor blade and the flower tube, after parking, you can use a wet cloth to tie a knot at one end, loosen the weight hanging by the doctor blade, hold the other end of the wet cloth in your hand and drag it under the knife So that you can clean the knife edge.
    If the flower tube is defective, stop the flower tube and take it to the engraving workshop for repair.
    If the flower tube is used for a long time, the inner hole will increase, causing the flower tube axis and the flower tube to loosen, which will cause the flower to be misaligned. At this time, the flower tube should be stopped and the kraft paper strips should be installed and reinstalled.
    When the fabric is printed, the end of the fabric is broken due to poor seam heads or excessive tension, and even the cloth heads are wound on other parts. A major accident will occur and the machine should be stopped immediately.
    When the color paste is mixed with impurities or the color paste is too thick or too thin, if it does not meet the requirements for use, the color paste should be stopped and returned to the paste bucket, filtered and adjusted before reuse.
    When there is too much printing on the flower tube, the pattern is ground by a scraper to expose the bottom. After stopping, the flower tube should be removed and sent to the engraving workshop for repair or replacement of a new flower tube.
    When the intarsia tube is serious and cannot be removed with a brush, it should be stopped for removal.
    When the rubber pressure roller is aged and cracked or the hardness is increased, which affects the printing effect, the flower tube should be stopped and removed, and a special pressure roller device should be installed to remove the surface of the rubber pressure roller.
    When the surface of the rubber pressure roller is pressed into a pit by a hard object, it will cause part of the printing to be unclear. You should immediately stop and fill it with raw rubber for repair: when the pit is shallow, you can use hot water to soak the pit.
    The flower tube bearing is damaged during operation and generates heat. When the load on the motor increases, do not pour the bearing with cold water. Stop it immediately, replace the good flower tube bearing, and add grease.
    If the breakdown is stopped for a long time, a guide cloth or a guide belt should be connected, and the steam valve should be closed in time to relieve the pressure of the flower tube.
    After troubleshooting, drive in the order you drive.
    

2. Maintenance of the roll sublimation machine


    (1) Always check the safety valve, drain valve, bearing, transmission parts, etc. to make it flexible and reliable.
    (2) Before each drive, all moving parts on the machine must be refueled according to regulations.
    (3) Regular cleaning once a week.
    (4) Cars shall be leveled in accordance with the prescribed use cycle.
