What should I do if the wide format plotter is misaligned when printing?
Whether it is a domestic inkjet plotter or an imported brand plotter, some problems will arise. If we encounter a misalignment when sublimation printing on a wide format printer, how should we solve it?
1. If the dislocation ratio is about 0.5 cm or larger, it is usually caused by the resistance of the electrode. First check the belt, or grating. If the problem cannot be solved, you need to replace the battery.
2. If it is accumulated into a parallelogram ramp, we will use a raster decoder in the actual processing. If the problem cannot be solved afterwards, it is better to replace the grating.
3. If there is a displacement greater than 0.5 cm, or if there is less dislocation, first clean those large copper sleeves and copper sleeves. After the cleaning is completed, if the misalignment cannot be resolved, a new copper sleeve needs to be replaced.
