Introduction of heat transfer process of sublimation heat transfer paper

Various patterns are printed on a special type of paper with a special heat transfer ink, and then the pattern is transferred to the product by temperature and pressure. This special paper in the heat transfer process is called sublimation heat transfer paper. Transfer printing refers to the printing process of transferring dye onto a fabric via transfer paper. It is based on the sublimation characteristics of some disperse dyes, chooses the disperse dye sublimated at 150~230 °C, mixes it with the paste to make "color ink", and then prints "color ink" according to different design patterns. Transfer paper (this is a special type of paper, so called transfer paper), and then the sublimation transfer paper printed with the pattern is in close contact with the fabric, and diffuses into the fabric under certain temperature, pressure and time. Internal to achieve the purpose of coloring.

Heat transfer process:

Using the temperature and pressure of the heat transfer machine, the picture on the transfer paper is transferred onto the substrate, which is the thermal transfer paper. The transfer printing paper is controlled by a certain time, temperature and pressure, and the picture is printed on the cloth.

Commonly used transfer papers are sublimation paper imported from Japan, and C-AW heat transfer paper imported from the United States:
Japan's imported sublimation paper is used in chemical fiber fabrics, clothing and apparel fabrics, photo banners, flags, ribbons, ceramics, metal, plastic, mugs, etc., and the fabric series is limited to non-cotton light-colored heat transfer. C-AW heat transfer paper imported from the United States is used in different fabrics, cotton and chemical fiber heat transfer can be used, new developed products, good effect, good hand feeling.

The sublimation transfer paper for digital heat transfer is easy to operate and low in cost. However, for various reasons, it is only suitable for DIY, and it is not suitable for mass production.

Specification:

Imported sublimation transfer papers are commonly used in life: 29.7cm 42 or 43cm 61cm. Generally, these three types are commonly used in heat transfer processing.
