T-shirt transfer paper is a kind of heat transfer paper in A3 or A4 size. It is used for t-shirt transfer print .By using this paper, we can transfer the images we want to the t-shirt easily. It’s divided into 2 types: dark t-shirt transfer paper and light t-shirt transfer paper.
Our T-shirt transfer paper has many advantages:
(1)Professional quality iron-on t-shirt/cotton fabric transfer paper;
(2)Compatible with all types of inkjet printers;
(3)High transfer rate and fast drying;
(4)Very soft stretchable;
(5)Durable washing.
1.Mirror Printing
a.Printer setup. Recommend to select “Photo Quality Inkjet Paper” mode for satisfactory printing results.
b.Mirror print the wishful image onto the transfer paper. Then leave it to dry for about 10 minutes.
c.Cut out the image, leaving a narrow margin of 5 mm around the pattern edges.
2.Transferring
a.Preheat the heat press machine, and set the recommended transfer temperature to 185℃.
b.Place the image-printed paper on the textile, printed (image) side facing down.
c.Transfer for 15-30 seconds under certain pressure, then remove the textile from machine.
d.Peel off the base paper immediately, or when it is warmed or cooled for your best results.
Transfer time:25s
Transfer temperature:185℃
Light transfer paper could be used to light fabric, like light yellow, white, light pink, etc.
⧭Dark transfer paper
Transfer time:15s
Transfer temperature:165℃
Dark transfer paper could be used to dark fabric, like black, red, brown, etc.
- Washing the textile in cold or 30℃ to 40℃ water, with the transferred pattern inside out.
- Do not wash with strongly alkaline detergents, and do not bleach. Avoid rubbing the transferred pattern when hand washing.
- Do not wring. Line dry in shade recommended.
